Strawberry Beet Smoothie
This anti-inflammatory powerhouse is one for the books and is a regular in my training week! With the blood-pressure lowering effect of the Nitrates in the beets, the anti-oxidant effects of the strawberries, and the anti-inflammatory properties of the turmeric, this delicious smoothie is a staple at least once a week in my fitness journey.
Weeknight Veggie Bake
This is just an awesome meal. Super cheap, easy to throw together, takes 30 minutes to back, and roughly 40 minutes altogether. With 1 to 2 pans to bake everything, clean up is fast too.
