Cranberry Quinoa Salad

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients:

3 Cups Cooked Quinoa
1 Cup Crushed Walnuts
1 Cup Chopped Strawberries
1 Cup Dried Cranberries or other dried fruit

Dressing/Vinaigrette of your choice

Preparation:

Prepare Quinoa as instructed on package and 2 hours ahead of time, too allow for cooling.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Keep in the fridge until ready to consume. Store separately from the dressing. Will keep for 3-5 days.
