Ben is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach, has been in the wellness industry for a total of 2 years, and has been practicing yoga in Newark and Granville for 4 years. With a teaching lineage to Iyengar, Ben's approach is to focus on meeting your body where it is currently, allowing each individual to challenge the body while also challenging the mind.

Kettlebell Cardio
YMCA - Thursdays at 6pm, Saturdays at 9am

Built from the ground up, Kettlebell Cardio is an amazing class for anyone looking to up their Kettlebell game, or at least add some diversity to their own workouts! Whether youโ€™re completely new to kettlebells, or have some experience already, this 40-minute class is sure to add a little fire to your day while building on the skills necessary to seize the day.
