This anti-inflammatory powerhouse is one for the books and is a regular in my training week! With the blood-pressure lowering effect of the Nitrates in the beets, the anti-oxidant effects of the strawberries, and the anti-inflammatory properties of the turmeric, this delicious smoothie is a staple at least once a week in my fitness journey. Whether used as a preworkout fuel for the gym, or as an exquisite treat for recovery, this smoothie sits as a sub-500 kcal drink that works as a solid meal on it’s own.

Not the biggest fan of the earthy taste of beets? The strawberries and mangoes add a supreme sweetness to this drink, bringing a robust and rich profile of flavor. Give this a try and let us know what you think!
