Trouble Waking Up? Here’s What I do. (TRY THIS)
Wake up. Grab phone. Scroll for 30 minutes. Get out of bed. Go to work. Does this sound familiar?
How about this one: Eat a late dinner. Watch TV until super late. Go to bed. Scroll on the phone for 15 minutes, then remember to set an alarm for the morning, then scroll more. You think to yourself, ‘I should probably go to bed now,’ so you set your phone down next to your bed and play your favorite true-crime murder podcast.

But first, why is sleep so important?
Not to speak to the obvious, sleep plays a critical role in a multitude of functions in the body, be that cognitive function, weight management, immune function, muscle recovery, memory retention, and so much more. So if you struggle to lose weight or are just tired throughout the day, be real with yourself! Get some SLEEP.
So I don’t sound like a broken record, here’s my ACTUAL checklist that I use to fix my sleep. Give it a try!
